Founded in 1995, we are a full service brokerage firm specializing in Benefits for Employees and Retirees, Insurance and Financial Plans. Collectively we bring over 55 years of experience in these areas. Located in Woodstock, Ontario, minutes away from the 401 corridor. From our central location we are able to serve clients throughout Southwestern Ontario, and foreign parent companies in the northeastern United States.

We offer impartial, objective advice. We draw experience from a vast variety of clients - from fast growing technology firms to non-profit organizations.

We will:

• Access over 70 insurance providers to survey benefits, pensions and individual insurance plans;
• Advise on the top three benefit carriers and give clear recommendations to ensure a quality cost effective program is put in place;
• Provide assistance in enrollment and employee communication of your benefit or pension plan;
• Update you on changes in government legislation and explain how it affects your plans;
• Update you on health care trends and new developments and show you how these can help you recruit and maintain top quality people; and,
• Provide periodic reviews of your program so you can monitor the usage and compare yourself to peer companies in your industry.
